A 12,000 BTU air conditioner enquiry needs more than an advertised price. BSM Air Conditioners can help you compare the equipment format, installation scope and cooling requirements of your room. Use the supplied Midea listing as a reference, then request a written quotation before ordering.
The supplied Midea price
The supplied Midea Wall Type 12000 BTU Heating & Cooling unit has a regular price of KSh89,995 and a listed sale price of KSh74,995. Confirm whether that offer remains current. These figures are equipment-list references; they do not establish what delivery, installation, electrical preparation or additional pipework will cost at your property.
Check whether 12,000 BTU suits the room
Capacity describes cooling output. It is different from electrical input power, and a capacity label alone cannot determine the right unit for every bedroom or office. Share the floor area, ceiling height, glazing, sunlight, occupants and equipment heat with BSM. A cooling-load assessment helps avoid selecting a unit based only on price.
Compare exact models across the permitted brands
If you want to compare Midea, Gree, MDV or Bosch, ask for an exact model and confirmed local supply. Compare equivalent equipment formats and capacity standards. Check operating modes, published efficiency data, sound information and warranty terms. Features advertised for one model should not be assumed to apply to another.
Request the complete purchase scope
Ask the quotation to identify the indoor and outdoor units, included installation materials, delivery arrangements, taxes and exclusions. Confirm the expected lead time and commissioning responsibilities. Keep the final invoice and manufacturer documentation so that the model you order can be checked against the equipment delivered.
